Our Work – Goshala Services & Gau Seva Activities

Daily care, long-term development and a lot of devotion.

What we do

Six ways we serve

Caring for cattle is a daily commitment. This is what your support helps us do.

Fodder & Nutrition

Green fodder, dry fodder and balanced feed so every cow and calf in our care is well nourished through every season.

Clean Drinking Water

Water tanks and drainage that are built, cleaned and maintained so animals always have access to fresh water.

Veterinary Care

Regular check-ups, vaccination, treatment of illness and injury, and special attention for calves and ageing cattle.

Shelter & Infrastructure

Covered sheds, sturdy flooring, boundary walls and a hygienic environment that protects the herd from heat and rain.

Care for the Abandoned & Aged

A dignified refuge for cows that are old, sick or abandoned, who are cared for with love until their last day.

Community & Awareness

Encouraging families, students and devotees to take part in gau seva and to learn about the importance of protecting cattle.

Ongoing development

Building a better home for the herd

The goshala is a work in progress. Our trustees regularly inspect the premises and plan improvements — from water tanks and drainage to roofing, flooring and cleaner surroundings.

  • Water tanks and drainage
  • Roofing and shed strengthening
  • Cleaner, safer ground and fodder storage
  • Better space for calves and sick animals
Ways to help

How you can take part

Give fodder

Green grass, dry fodder, grains and jaggery are always welcome and go directly to the cows.

Sponsor care

Contribute towards a day of feed, medicines or a specific improvement at the goshala.

Give your time

Help with feeding, cleaning and events — or lend a professional skill to the trust.
