Our mission
To protect, shelter and nurture cows and calves, and to inspire the community to take part in gau seva.
A charitable trust devoted to the care and protection of cows and calves.
Shri Kamadhenu Goshala Seva Development Trust is a public charitable trust that manages a goshala (cow shelter) at Chanjimale, Karnataka. Our trustees come from the local community and share one purpose: to give cattle a safe home, nourishing food and proper medical care.
Cows have a special place in Indian tradition and rural life. Yet many are left without shelter when they grow old, fall sick or are abandoned. Our goshala exists for them.
We are steadily developing the goshala — improving sheds, water facilities and drainage — so that it becomes a clean, well-run and welcoming home for the herd.

To protect, shelter and nurture cows and calves, and to inspire the community to take part in gau seva.
A well-equipped, self-sustaining goshala where every animal lives in health and dignity — and a community that values and protects its cattle.
Compassion, transparency, accountability and humility. Every donation is treated as a sacred trust.
The trust is guided by a board of trustees who give their time and effort to the goshala.

Our goshala is located at Chanjimale, Karnataka – 563128. Devotees, families and school groups are welcome to visit, offer fodder and spend time with the cows. Please contact us before you plan a visit.
Every contribution — big or small — goes towards fodder, clean water, shelter and medical care for the cows and calves in our care.
